I cant say enough good things about Adam and Eric at Admiral. They are thorough, professional and explain everything in easy to understand terms. They worked tirelessly in the heat to diagnose and ultimately fix my A/C. Cant thank them enough for their hard work!

Admiral has some of the best customer service you will ever experience. Every technician they have is extremely professional, personable and polite. Amy in the office is amazing as well. She made the experience of buying a new furnace very easy. If you don't already have some one to manage your heating/cooling, or even if you do, call Admiral...they are the best.

Wow! I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at Admiral!! With temps below freezing for umpteen days, I'm sure they've had endless emergency issues. However, when I called Amy was incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding to my unique issue. She got me on the schedule very quickly. The estimator/owner I believe (I am so sorry, I've forgotten his name!) was GREAT! He explained everything in clear and easy to understand terminology and was able to determine an immediate solution to our crisis. I seriously am in awe of the professionalism and knowledge of this company. Absolute 5/5 stars. I'd recommend tenfold. (THANK YOU!)
