“Although the MRI experience was not as bad as I thought. The two people on staff there were only as nice as they absolutely needed to be. Not one pleasant word to you nor any words of encouragement. Being a nurse I know some people are deathly afraid of MRIs. As I was. Both were rather dry and just appear to be doing their job just because they had to be there. As far as the MRI machine itself I say go for it! It is open and trust me you’ll make it through.“

“I have been going to the UPMC outpatient center on Manheim Pike for many years. I find the facility to be easy access, clean and convenient. Dr. Sisbarro and her staff have always been open, kind, good-natured and very professional. Dr. Sisbarro takes her time during my visits and has never let me down when I ask a question, always answering with patience. Finally, I like the convenience of doing many of my tests and blood work in the same building.“

“Had to bring my 4yr old son here for bloodwork on a Saturday morning. I came prepared for the apocalypse. We were there for maybe 20 minutes. Entire staff from front desk to the phlebotomy.. exceptional. And thank you so much to the nurse that saw the fear in my eyes for my sons first bloodwork... not sure that it usually takes two people to get a little guy's blood, but he came right over and helped out and talked about Bluey on his tablet with him!“

“Professional, friendly, and compassionate staff. There are lab services, testing services, and various Cardiolgist specialists located at this location. It is a clean, tasteful environment. You are asked to answer Covid questions as you enter the building lobby. Yes you are required to wear a mask and follow Covid distancing. When you register, you will be directed to the appointment for your need. There is a vending machine located on the first floor down the hall towards the lab. Be aware that you can only get diet beverages and water plus candy bars from the vending machine. Parking lot is large with designated handicap spots close to the front door. Wheelchairs are located in the lobby area. If you need assistance, please ask and someone will help.“

“I feel like they have a bad reputation because of one or two people. First, I see Dr. Fisher. She and her nurse are absolutely amazing and lovely. Second, the injection staff is just as great. Third, sometimes you’ll get a receptionist that isn’t the friendliest BUT…the amount of people that visit their office is insane. I know…that isn’t an excuse. I too work in customer service and know the importance of friendliness. I was skeptical going into my first visit and was very pleasantly surprised.“
