“Very Quick in and out. Just it is strange to get to the urgent care through the building and there is not a lot of waiting space. Maybe because of the fast turn around time.“

“They were professional, prompt, and made sure to answer any questions I had. My only issue is that the MRI tech made an unsettling comment on my way out, saying, "I hope everything works out for you", very somber. Which has me super anxious now. I don't understand why she couldn't have just said "have a nice evening" and instead made that remark which makes it seem like they saw something bad on the scan but can't tell me (which I understand they can't tell me, that's not my issue). Maybe don't say comments like that to people. Otherwise I had no issues“

“Although the MRI experience was not as bad as I thought. The two people on staff there were only as nice as they absolutely needed to be. Not one pleasant word to you nor any words of encouragement. Being a nurse I know some people are deathly afraid of MRIs. As I was. Both were rather dry and just appear to be doing their job just because they had to be there. As far as the MRI machine itself I say go for it! It is open and trust me you’ll make it through.“

“Genna did my ultrasound today she was great. Very nice and kind to me. She is the only reason I gave 5 stars. The blonde woman at the check-in point isn’t very nice in my opinion. The other lady who is there first thing in the morning is great. That blonde needs to be put in the back somewhere“

“I feel like they have a bad reputation because of one or two people. First, I see Dr. Fisher. She and her nurse are absolutely amazing and lovely. Second, the injection staff is just as great. Third, sometimes you’ll get a receptionist that isn’t the friendliest BUT…the amount of people that visit their office is insane. I know…that isn’t an excuse. I too work in customer service and know the importance of friendliness. I was skeptical going into my first visit and was very pleasantly surprised.“
