“I expected a crew of installers so when only Anthony showed up Saturday morning I was concerned. However he let me know what his plan was, showed me the product, and asked if I had any questions. He then when right to work and didn't take a break until the job was done. H cleaned out the gutters, attached the guard and documented everything with pictures. He cleaned up everything and again asked if I had any questions. He was polite and knowledgeable of the work and I appreciated professional attitude to his work.
