LVPG Family Medicine features great nurses and doctors. Dr. Nelson and her team are the best, professional and caring. Dr. Costa is the best, so nice and takes the time to listen. Dr. Ha is very thorough, listens to patients, and is punctual. The staff is so caring, from the call to make an appointment to the examination room. Everyone makes sure patients are taken care of. The front desk is very welcoming, always polite, and gets the job done. The entire staff is excellent and caring. However, one reviewer noted that Amy Miller has 5 kids and is never there, suggesting she should be more active with her profession.
The health care provider I have is phenomenal. The communication through the prescription line and the nurses line is terrible. I have been going there for 20 years. I need medication that must be ordered from a specialty pharmacy. I have been getting it for 3 months. Since I was going to run out and no refills were on the original script- I called 2 weeks in advance.
I left a message with this practice on the refill phone line. They didn’t call me back. I called again because I was concerned that I heard nothing. This time called the nurse’s line. They had no idea what I was talking about not only did they not have any record of the fact that I got this script...read full review
The staff is so caring beginning with my call to make an appointment. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of, from call to examination room everyone made me feel good. Entire staff is excellent and caring. Great job.
Dr Costa is the best. He’s so nice and he takes the time to listen to you which is so rare sometimes in the medical field. He has always been there any time I needed to reach out. The front desk is very welcoming as well.
