LVPG Family Medicine features great nurses and doctors. Dr. Nelson and her team are the best, professional and caring. Dr. Costa is the best, so nice and takes the time to listen. Dr. Ha is very thorough, listens to patients, and is punctual. The staff is so caring, from the call to make an appointment to the examination room. Everyone makes sure patients are taken care of. The front desk is very welcoming, always polite, and gets the job done. The entire staff is excellent and caring. However, one reviewer noted that Amy Miller has 5 kids and is never there, suggesting she should be more active with her profession.

Dr Costa is the best. He’s so nice and he takes the time to listen to you which is so rare sometimes in the medical field. He has always been there any time I needed to reach out. The front desk is very welcoming as well.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ha yesterday. She is very thorough and listens to patient. I was impressed by her and her punctuality. Many times I have sat in “the room “ at other doctors offices waiting what seem an eternity. I was also impressed with the male nurse (forgot to get his name). I met Dr. Ha and the male nurse yesterday for the first time and they were both great. Sharon Smith is also great as I have seen her as well. The front desk is always polite and they always get the job done.
