LVHN ExpressCARE–Macungie is a medical facility that provides care for a variety of common injuries and illnesses. My nurse practitioner, Rachel, was probably one of the most medically trained person I ever spoke to and answered all my questions. I would rate this place on a scale from 1 to 10, an 11.
We recently received excellent care for my wife. She presented to be at risk for a very serious health problem. The team worked professionally without creating fear or alarm. They persisted in getting her set for the diagnostic test required for an accurate determination of the health risk. Although her body was being challenging for the IV set up, they did an outstanding job of reapproaching the obstacles and listening to one another. We are so grateful they succeeded. Because of their work, the issue was determined confidently to be relatively minor. We are relieved and appreciative.
From the moment I got here the attention and speed of check in was awesome, thanks Kim. The nurses were just great thank you Chris, Lyndsey, and the rest. My Dr Simpson was so thorough and attentive, you could sense his desire to help me. Which he did. Thank you Dr Simpson. The whole process was seamless and went by quickly.
