Ft. of flooring. My Dad's was fair with their pricing and responsive in their scheduling and communications. The true colors of a business come out when there are challenges. We ended up running into product failure that was not directly the fault of My Dad's. That being said, when the prominent manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their own product, My Dad's stepped in and decided to make things right on their own accord.
