This flooring company is excellent to work with! They care about their customers' satisfaction and stand behind the products they sell and install.We bought and had installed 1,000+ Sq. Ft. of flooring. My Dad's was fair with their pricing and responsive in their scheduling and communications. The true colors of a business come out when there are challenges. We ended up running into product failure that was not directly the fault of My Dad's. That being said, when the prominent manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their own product, My Dad's stepped in and decided to make things right on their own accord. Very Happy with our new kitchen floor. Sandy helped us select the perfect LVT planks. Sadie, Shawn, and Jay helped us negotiate the floor sizing details and contract issues. We were lucky that they could assign our install to Mike and his son, both gentlemen, and talented.

My Dad's flooring was fantastic! From Sandy showing us all the choices, to Shawn measuring our rooms and Juan installing the carpet it was all a great experience. The new carpet looks and feels great so we'll definitely be using My Dads flooring again for our other rooms.
