The process from start to finish was not without its hiccups, but Thaddeus/Katalina/Tardelly made sure all of our questions/concerns were satisfactorily addressed.
The installers were very courteous and professional. Though they couldn’t speak English fluently, they made sure they understood and answered our questions. The only item that I would like to see improved would be their clean-up. But we also requested a special layout downstairs – had it installed at a 45-degree angle, and they nailed it!

I had an outstanding experience with More Than Floorz from start to finish. The entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the installation process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept the work area clean, and made sure every detail was completed to perfection.
The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. My new floors completely transformed the look of my home, and you can tell they take real pride in their craft. It’s hard to find a company these days that combines excellent customer service with such high-quality work, but More Than Floorz absolutely delivered.

Highly recommend! My experience included a in person estimate, getting on the schedule quickly, and having a room completed in less than four hours by one person! They did an excellent job! The owner was very responsive and also followed up several times to ensure everything matched my expectations! The service was wonderful and the results are beautiful!
