Can always count on Jeff Sorick to respond in an emergency. Cody came out the next morning and adjusted the gas pressure which fixed the problem. Seems like something that should have been done last December when many of the parts were replaced.
Jeff Sorick and his team got the job done. When our furnace stopped working, and with the temperature in the teens, we called Jeff.
Quick response, friendly, work efficient.
We called after hours and they had a message with an emergency number to call. As soon as I heard that I thought, oh great, here we go. Not what happened at all, they got back to me with in 10 min we talked about the problem I was having and after talking decided it would save me the money if he was to just come out first thing in the am. Yes, instead of making money on a service call only to have to come back the next day if he needed a part he just came out at 8am the next day, by 9 my hear was fixed.... they will always get my recommendation!!
