Mr. Isbir came to our rescue! We just purchased a house and it was not disclose that there was a nearby abandon gas well and that the house has been equipped with a methane vapor mitigation system. The previous owners installed a French drain system in the basement which is not compatible with the methane system and DEP told us it had to be sealed as it would allow methane gas to slip into the house.
Mr. Isbir took great care in understanding our unique situation and was able to provide a quote and have his team come out immediately to seal the French drain and also seal additional cracks in the unfinished basement. Also too care of an outside drain... read full review
