Working with Costa to build our dream home was the best decision we’ve ever made! Building a fully custom home can be overwhelming, but Costa laid it out step by step, which facilitated the whole process and even made it enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was amazing—from everyone at Costa—Tony, Tracey, Dave, Chris, Mike, Don, Ashton—to all the various contractors throughout the build. We couldn’t be happier with the way *OUR* one-of-a-kind house has turned out, and we are so excited for all the memories yet to come as we continue to raise our family here in our forever home! If you’re on the fence about building with Costa, get off it now and choose them!

If you are looking for a truly custom home and not a builder that says they are custom but will not allow you to modify their cookie-cutter blueprints Costa Homebuilders is the home-building company for you. I had the issue when first trying to find a builder that when you Google "Custom Home builders near me," you get companies that say and are labeled as custom on Google but are not.
