Jess was super friendly, informative, and VERY skilled at what she does. She helped with some standard post-surgical inflammation by way of a lymphatic massage and she also did extensive work on my incision scar which looks absolutely amazing (MUCH lighter and flatter) only one day later. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I went into yesterday's massage really torqued up from a year of weekly spinning and weight lifting and just not finding the time to be worked on. Jessica managed to really dig in and undo loads of knots, stiffness and tightness in my hip flexors, feet, triceps, shoulders... oof! She was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She applied exactly the right amount of pressure for me. The environment was calm, relaxing, clean and appropriately lit. Honestly, if you need an expert to undo all that stress you load on yourself, Jessica is terrific. It's also easy to make appointments and reschedule online with her. Seriously, you need this! Jess is such a gifted massage therapist. She intuitively knew exactly what my body needed and where to focus. The space is also very calming and serene. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing massage session!
