First thing. Mark doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s a fast talking, straight to the point, no holds barred, man of action. He’ll tell you all the options that are available to you, and then walk you through said options so you fully understand what you’re looking at. He showed up to show us houses even after getting his wisdom teeth removed. He’s dedicated. He genuinely made us feel like he was on our team. He didn’t make us “think” he wanted to help us, it was obvious from his words and actions that he was stepping up you the plate for us. He held a private meeting with us to help us better understand what we were looking at.
