I'd like to extend my thanks to the great professionals of OFFICE DIRECT staff for making my printer working again at the time I was really need it to be repaired as soon as possible. I'd like personally thank Mr. Brett Behrens for his very professional help and friendly attention to my broken printer situation. Being very pleased having my printer to be fixed I'm now have my second not working printer brought to the shop for repair.Thanks again and best regards to all good professional members of this shop.Michael Oleynikov.
