I highly, highly recommend Mark's services. His attention to detail, responsiveness, availability and overall attitude made building my new PC with him an excellent experience. He advised me on parts that wouldn't work/be necessary, saving me money, and worked with me through some unique problems I ran into with my home setup, which he certainly didn't have to do. If you want peace of mind when dealing with anything computer related, Mark is the guy.
I came to intouch with a issue with my gaming PC. I cannot even put into words how helpful and knowledgeable Mark was when it came to trouble shooting my system. He took the time aside the same day I called in order to assure I was fully satisfied. A true professional that went the extra mile to educate me as he worked. It is very evident that he takes pride and passion in the work he does. I would recommend this place to anyone with any computer issue they have.
My laptop had an issue when installing some updates. I filled out the form on the website and Mark called immediately! He said I could bring the laptop up right then (at 8:00 at night). My laptop was back up and running in less than 2 hours! Not only was the service great, but so was the friendliness and hospitality! I will definitely go back to Mark if I have any problems again!
