A very comfortable vibration muscle relaxation , spinal decompression, laser, then neuro stimulator and cold pack to finish. I had instructions to follow up with intermittent cold therapy at home and to limit my twisting and heavy lifting for several hours, which I did.<br>The following morning I found I was not as uncomfortable upon rising.<br>I do not expect my sciatica to disappear with only one session. But I can feel a difference in my pain subsiding much more quickly than if I did not have a treatment. I do not take nsads to mask discomfort.<br>I will be returning for another treatment with the hope of receiving even more relief.”
