Appointments begin on time. Thorough and comprehensive treatment. Eyeglass prescriptions are spot on and glasses can be ordered and purchased right in the office. Office staff is friendly and efficient with billing and making appointments.

After suffering the last few years by getting my glasses done at a national chain (even though I've been getting my eye exams at Dr Burrell for that same time period), I finally had enough and decided to get them done at his office. What an amazing difference! The quality of my glasses is my most important concern, and even though the staff offered to get my glasses done there, I always declined.Guess that is a lessons learned for me...always go for quality and for the first time in a number of years, my glasses fit...are perfectly balanced (progressive lens can be tricky) and they were done well ahead of the designated time. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

I just had my eyes examined and I thought the staff was friendly and so was the doctor. I was seen by an intern first Dr. Alex and then examined by Dr. Burrell. Ladies not sure if the intern was single but he was easy on the eyes. Sorry I digress ...Dr. Burrell is excellent and really takes his time explaining everything. I would highly recommend him.
