Last year we had a tankless water heater put in. It's been so nice! They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers. I called on Thursday afternoon and had HOT water Friday morning. He got the job done fast. I would definitely be using him again when I'm in need of a plumber. He was straight forward and i feel he was very honest about what had to be done.

We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. We were very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism and their great quality work. We will definitely be calling them again next year to service our furnace. Thanks M&M!
