Har Jehuda Cemetery

I’m really disappointed in this cemetery. My boyfriend and I drove a few hours to visit my grandmother’s eternal resting place. Days before our visit we had called this cemetery multiple times to see what area she was buried, to which we have gotten no answer from staff, and no response to our messages. I emailed the cemetery days before as well, to which I have gotten no sort of response. Regardless, we brought two stones from home and walked around the cemetery for hours looking for her grave. No such luck. I hope I at least get a response to my email so we can make another trip out to visit her resting place. It is just sad.

Not only did it take 15 months to get my mother's grave from when we ordered it (with pulling teeth to get communication from the owner), they failed to put a veil over both my mother's and my uncle's graves, and we ended up having to use a makeshift raincoat for my mother's unveiling they postponed by 4 months by refusing to fulfill their end of the contract. We never had one for my uncle because they dropped the ball so hard on that one.

I Am Limited As To What I Can Do Physically But If There Is Any Way To Set Up Volunteer Services To Clean Up And Cut The Grass, I Am More Than Willing To Volunteer My Services On The Weekends. I'll Even Bring My Own Weed Whacker. It Is Sad To See Such A Beautiful Cemetary In Such Disarray And The Poeple Interred There Deserve Better!
