I adore Dr. Baylor and Amy. They are honest but compassionate at the same time. I called after hours over the weekend, spoke to Dr. Baylor about my infant son being sick, and to my surprise I received a call Monday morning just to check in him. This practice goes above and beyond.“

“One thing I really respect when it comes to a doctors office is patience and dedication. I saw both these aspects in the office. The lady at the front desk was helpful and really made sure that I could get care even though there was a insurance mess up in the beginning. Online it said my insurance was not accepted by Planned Parenthood but then she called them and ran through some papers to double check, and actually turns out that I was covered by my insurance.When I was taken back by the doctor, she explained everything that she was doing and made sure that I was okay many times, and I respect that highly.She was very kind and did a good job at explaining my procedure.I saw empathy, patience, and overall professionalism between the three workers I spoke to. I highly value these traits and I’m glad that the PP in York executed them.“

Disabled people suffer so badly because we do not feel well and those who sense our vulnerability try to take advantage of us. And this office has protected us for a very long time. “I’m very happy with Dr. Flowers, he changed my life in terms of breathing better through my nose. However, my last interaction with their phone operator was just slightly annoying. The lady that took my call was very dismissive. If I didn’t ask about whether Dr. Flowers received my CT scan she wouldn’t have even mentioned it. To me, that’s just rude, then proceeding to say he’ll get back to me whenever he decides to look it over could be 1 day or 20. Nobody knows. This receptionist wasn’t even going to remind Flowers in case he accidentally overlooked my results without me asking to put a note on his desk! Just be sure you raise questions or they probably will be very dismissive over the phone. Otherwise, my last in-person visit was smooth. This follow-up call just bugged me a tad bit! I don’t like it when people in the care business are rude or not caring even if you are just answering phones.“
