Over a year ago, I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Bert from Musser Builders on a large remodeling project. From the beginning, they were professional, respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure the project was completed with care.
Like many large projects, we experienced a few hiccups along the way, but what stood out to me was how Mike, Bert, Joey Ashley, and the Musser team continued to communicate, follow up, and address concerns as they came up.
