My overall experience with Lobar Associates on multiple projects has been great. They have knowledgeable and reliable staff who care about getting the work done in a professional manner. One experience in particular, Russ and Jesse and team were extremely helpful with outside the box thinking and working with our staff to complete a challenging summer project in our high school and middle school. I highly recommend Lobar Associates.

In my 35 years in construction i've worked with hundreds of general contractors both locally and nationally. With so much history the really exceptional general contractors stand out in my mind. Among these exceptional general contractors, Lobar Associates sets the benchmark. From their estimators to their project managers, they're first and foremost honest. They treat their subcontractors not just as valued business associates but as friends. They are genuinely kind, honest and humble people in a world where such qualities are uncommon.
