I went to salon at 11:30am and made appt for 2pm with Megan.I returned at 2pm and was told Megan left for the day.I waited 2.5 hrs for Megan who left.Ridiculous!!Very poor customer service!!!!

Great service. Very nice and friendly. Did a walk in, got checked in right away and butt barely got into a waiting room chair before being called back. Super fast, convenient and got exactly what I asked for.
