They definitely gained a customer today I had a issue with my glasses breaking and the super friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there able to see.

Well, I will say this my insurance may not cover this place, but I’m still willing to leave where I’m at just because of Marissa you have to face it. All these vision places are pretty much around the same place. It’s about the customer service at least for me, especially when it comes to my little guys and the way she just treated me. I would probably go nowhere else if you want customer service that you are treated like a patient and not a number I would highly recommend this specific America’s best.

The only reason for 2 Stars is the staff seemed nice but they were not knowledgeable and the promotional pricing you see advertised everywhere is very deceptive, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Glasses lasted 9-10 months., then a film blurred my vision. Nothing they can do about it! Must use cheap stuff! Nice people, but doesn't make up for not being able to use glasses, have to use old ones until insurance!

I am glad I found a pair of frames I liked but the staff are constantly talking about other customers, work and personal life in front of you. The girl who was supposed to fit me for my glasses when they came in was too distracted that I just wanted to get out of there. Went to target and was treated much better. Please hire better staff.
