Dr. Shyam was patient and took the time to explain different procedures to address some concerns I had about my aging skin. If you are considering having anything cosmetic done, make sure that you are going to a medical doctor and not some med spa place. I am not trusting just anyone with my face! Dr. Shyam was extremely thoughtful about any possible pain I might experience (I had none). The doctor discussed important skincare especially while I am in the sun. We spoke about other options for future visits. I also will be starting on a Retin a treatment for my face. All in all, my experience was extremely pleasant.
