My appointment was right on time. Dr. EGAN is thorough and explains what she is doing and answers all of my questions. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful and efficient.
First dermatology practice I've been to in Pa (20+ years) that is on time. Instead of stacking patients so everyone has to wait an hour plus after their scheduled time I was done and in my car 15 minutes after my general body check appt. Dr Chan and his staff are kind and responsive
