“Project Manager, David Hope and his staff, did an awesome job after clearing out and then remodeling my entire basement after a horrible situation when the pipes froze and burst after last winter’s extreme cold temperatures. Everything in the basement was ruined, which included the ceilings, walls, closets and floors! It was a massive undertaking that became a very challenging project; however Service Master handled everything with kindness, respect and incredible professionalism. Most importantly, working alongside David Hope was terrific. He honored all my wishes and delivered on every promise to match appliances, wall and ceiling paint colors, and the floor and bathroom tilings came out beautifully! I could not have asked for a better person such as David and the entire Service Master crew were nothing short of outstanding!
