“Well it was expensive 1200 for 45 minutes of work. So why did I give it 5 stars? A clogged sink in the basement, one that is next to the washer that doesn’t work. Washer is now upstairs. I told the guy who came to fix it that it had happened 10 years ago. 10 years ago they used the clean out valve. I showed him where it was. Just a cut pipe with electrical tape to put it back together. He told me what it would cost to install a real clean out valve ( about 600). I know most people don’t have the resources to say yes to that price added to the 475 to clear the clog. He was very efficient and got the job done in 45 minutes. He explained that the pipe from my kitchen sink to the double sink for laundry in the basement was too small by today’s code
So, if the caliber of employees that Roto router employs is consistent , you can expect a good ( and maybe expensive) outcome ,”
