So far so good! Stephanie and John were the A-Team and did an amazing job cleaning and drying everything up after a water leak. Still waiting to hear back from the project manager though for the Restoration piece.

Advanced DRI personnel who did the mitigation and clean-up recovery were excellent. In addition, the office personnel were first-rate. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the management people we dealt with. They always had excuses but were short on delivering (I believe they are overworked). The exception is Anthony Cardoni, Project Manager who was a pleasure to deal with and delivered on promises.

The professionalism, customer service and quality of work from the Advanced DRI team was outstanding from start to finish. I had an ice dam issue that caused damage on both floors of the house and the roof from the January 2026 storm. They are a preferred vendor registered with my insurance company which made the process easier. They arrived promptly, assessed the damage and kept me informed every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
