“I’m very happy with Dr. Flowers, he changed my life in terms of breathing better through my nose. However, my last interaction with their phone operator was just slightly annoying. The lady that took my call was very dismissive. If I didn’t ask about whether Dr. Flowers received my CT scan she wouldn’t have even mentioned it. To me, that’s just rude, then proceeding to say he’ll get back to me whenever he decides to look it over could be 1 day or 20. Nobody knows. This receptionist wasn’t even going to remind Flowers in case he accidentally overlooked my results without me asking to put a note on his desk! Just be sure you raise questions or they probably will be very dismissive over the phone. Otherwise, my last in-person visit was smooth. This follow-up call just bugged me a tad bit! I don’t like it when people in the care business are rude or not caring even if you are just answering phones.“
