WoW!! I've been going here for a few months. My regular hairdresser had quit so I got another one. Super nice guy, but thought my color was too dark. To make a long story short, when I called them, the owner invited me in to fix it. After some discussion and education, we decided to only change my cut. She wouldn't let me pay her a dime and gave me two hours of her time. This is a woman and company that understands customer service, which is so lacking these days!!
