“The therapy I received from Nikki at the PTI was so helpful in alleviating the pain and swelling I had been experiencing in my knees. At the start of my sessions, I was unable to bend or straighten my knees completely, but after working with Nikki and her support staff for about 4 weeks, the pain and swelling was gone. Plus, I felt much stronger and was able to return to my yoga classes and get down on my hands and knees to play with my dog again.
