I went to see Denise due to a severe back strain I suffered 3 days earlier. Prior to seeing her, I was basically unable to stand up straight and function in general. Getting out of bed in the morning was a 30 minute process, and standing up from being seated anywhere was equally difficult and painful. Denise provided a 90 minute massage incorporating resistance exercises for me working all of my muscle sets. While at the end of the massage I was sore and standing up was still somewhat of a challenge, it was easier than before. When I really noticed the difference is the following day.
