This is the only place I get massage therapy now. Amber is trained and certified in different types of massage techniques, she’s a reiki master AND a true healing shaman (meaning she’s trained under an actual shaman) She mixes her own massage oils and has a wonderful merchandise area full of items to help your physical & spiritual healing journey. Very knowledgeable in nutrition, physiology and so much more.

Each time I go to Carpe Diem I am more impressed. Amber has the best tips for different ailments and/or challenges. She’s professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable - what more could you want! I have jaw problems and get frequent headaches and her massages are saving me. I absolutely recommend Carpe Diem to anyone looking for an experienced therapist and healer.
