I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a few years and I desperately needed an exam and new glasses. They were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Come to find out, they are running on a skeleton crew! You never would have known! The manager, the doctor, the optician.. every single person there, there was only 4, they handled themselves professionally and with grace.

I normally pay out of pocket due to me wearing bifocals and blue light and transition so that ranges between 150-200$ other then that nice they don’t order lenses for Ray bans Meta due to insurence issues.“

“I had my exam today at Eye Physicians and Surgeons LTD with Dr. Balouris. As always, it was an excellent experience. Dr. Balouris did the cataract surgery on my left eye 6 years ago, and it has been functioning well. I have a cataract that is growing in my right eye, but it is having little impact on my daily activities. Therefore, we decided to let it go until my next yearly checkup.
Everyone in this practice is competent, polite, knowledgeable, concerned, and respectful. What more could one ask of them?“

NOW, that Dr. Lorenz has taken over, she has picked up right where he left off with updated equipment and she beings up-to-date approach and prescription. She recently diagnosed a lifelong issue that my wife had, and then prescribed a procedure and recommended the surgeon. This whole process to improved results was as efficient and effective as one could hope! “I had a condition where I could not see out of my eye and it was also causing me to be vey dizzy. It was over the holiday break and there were not any eye doctors open. I happened to find Dr. Cargill online and it said he was open. Sometimes just because you are open doesn't mean you are the best one around, but I knew I had to be seen immediately. Let me tell you it was the best "leap of faith" I had ever taken. Not only was Dr. Cargill very thorough and professional, but he also found something that every other doctor had missed (including a hospital). He really took the time to get to the root of the problem and explain everything to me. He then referred me to the hospital because he was afraid of the severity. He not only called me the next day to check on me, he also called me a few days later (On a Sunday) to check on me again since he knew I was being released from the hospital. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life!! This kind of care and concern for your patients is not something that you learn in medical school.“
