Masciantonio Heating & Air Conditioning provides honest, fair, timely, and quality work. You say timely emergency, urgent issue work, and quality maintenance. The team patched heat the same day in 8° night temps and rebuilt it on a Saturday when parts arrived late. Service is described as fantastic from start to finish, with repeated five‑star ratings and a 10/10 across the board. The business is praised as almost impossible to find these days.
For the first time in a long time I actually felt good about doing business with someone. Mike patched my heat same day amidst 8° night temps and followed thru to rebuild the heat completely on a Saturday when the ordered parts arrived late.
5 stars EARNED repeatedly.
I've had them out four times. Once for an emergency, once for an urgent issue, and twice for maintenance. When I called to schedule for the first time, an emergency, I told them I had an anxious dog who has a lot of bark and no bite. She immediately said she was going to send John. He's been great every time, both with Baylee and with the work that he does.
If you want honest, fair, timely, and quality work…this is where you go! Mike and his team were truly fantastic from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough. Folks like these are almost impossible to find these days! 10/10 across the board.
