Every employee we interacted with was punctual, thorough, considerate, and kind. Chuck, our very knowledgeable project manager, took the time to educate us on our options, the products they use, and what we could expect during each step of the project. He gave us his advice, and then gave us the space and time to make our decisions. It’s clear how much he cares about his customers and the work he and his team does.

Our roofing team — Rich, Carlos, Charlie, and Angel — were just as much a pleasure to have on our project. They always went the extra mile to make sure our property was protected. Their work was clean. The end result looks beautiful with all of the extra little touches that add up to well above and beyond the standard (i.e. extending the ridge vent across our entire ridge line, painting our plumbing vents to blend in with the surrounding roofing, invisible downspout hangers, the list goes on…). They checked in with me as needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. And extra kudos to them for being power houses during the 90+ degree heat wave that our project unfortunately lined up with.

“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.“
