I order our oil on Brownies Oil website where it says 3 to 5 business days for oil to be delivered. I had to call after 7 business days to find out when it was being delivered. When I called that Thursday they told me it would be here on Friday. Friday came and went and still no oil. I called back again on the following Monday and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. In the end it took 11 business days before our oil was delivered.
We are extremely happy with the many years of service we have received. The only thing I would ask to be added is somehow have the discount for early payment showing when you pay using the website.
The website was confusing when I ordered oil. I wanted the tank filled but it wasn't empty and the order form looked like a new tank fill. Anyhow I requested that the tank not be overfilled like last time - who knows how many gallons are left? Apparently my request was honored, the tank was filled without spillage and I'm happy. Thanks.
