“The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. He pointed out another area on the front A-frame of the house which also needed attention. I appreciated the education and he even suggested that my son should come up and watch/video the work being done. Well, I started this post 2 weeks ago when I first got the estimate and I can now update my review with the latest information. I spoke with Mr. Kelley to say that I was ready to have the work done. He told me last week that he could get to me the end of this week (week of 8/15/22). Well C. Kelley Roofing did better than that. They came on Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. and got my top roof done. I needed am entire new roof laid down. They completed my roof around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and told me they would come back on Wednesday afternoon to do my front porch roof. “Put down a new silvercoating (silicone) on our flat roof eight years ago, and then honored the 10 year warranty earlier this summer when we had a couple of patches that needed to be sealed (because of standing water). After only one phone call, they were out to fix it a couple of weeks later. With no charge. Highly recommend.“
