Our experience with Salter Spiral Stairs was positive from the informative and helpful salesman walking us through what to order for our need to timely delivery of the staircase to a quality, well-made product that looks great! Installation requires drilling through the steel platform and also into the foundation (which might be concrete like ours) so if you are planning as a homeowner in setting up the stairs yourself, be sure you have the tools to do these drilling tasks.

Stairs were delivered quickly and in perfect condition.Well organized parts and pieces. Good instructions too.Time consuming to assemble but that is just the nature of spiral stairs. Very happy with the purchase.
