Mylen Stairs offers high-quality products and attentive service, supported by knowledgeable sales staff. Customers have praised the custom spiral staircases and rod railings, which are delivered without issues and are easy to assemble, although drilling through steel is necessary for installation. The company's customer service promptly addresses any problems, as demonstrated when a delivery issue was resolved quickly with the help of a helpful driver. Customers note that the stairs are well made and the installation process is straightforward, with a variety of bolts and screws provided that require different bits. Some suggest that the how-to-build papers could be tightened up, and important considerations like local city codes should be included. The finished product, especially the spiral staircase, is often described as beautiful and worth the effort, despite some challenges with installing the railing. Overall, Mylen Stairs provides a great product, but buyers should be aware of the assembly process, potential drilling, and specific installation challenges.

Whatever upper management is reading this, Michaela deserves a...read full review
Our stairs were ordered by our contractor for a renovation project we had in Atlantic beach. The stairs were very nice but our contractor, after getting a final payment, left without adding the wooden threads which were in our contract. We went to Mylen to try to get the threads to finish the project on our own. The team at Mylen were very helpful. We were able to get the threads which matched the stairs ordered by our contractor. Special thanks to Greg Giovinco, always helpful, always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Great company to do business with....
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Marissa at Myles Stairs. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. During a time when we felt overwhelmed and unsure about the right direction, Marissa took the time to clearly explain the products, options, and process, making everything easy to understand.
Her expertise with the product is outstanding, and her calm, reassuring approach truly set her apart. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We felt confident in our decisions thanks to her guidance and support.
We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience...read full review
