As a builder, I rely on suppliers to deliver accurately and on time. My order with Salter Spiral Stairs initially arrived incomplete, which was frustrating given my project deadlines. Fortunately, Amy quickly stepped in — she was extremely helpful and understanding — and arranged to have the missing pieces shipped 2-day air. Mistakes can happen, but it means a lot when a company steps up and resolves them promptly. I’m grateful for their follow-through and Amy’s professionalism, and I would gladly recommend and order from them again.

This was my second spiral staircase for our new cabin. We originally put a spiral staircase in the cabin. Then, for us to be able to get from the top deck to the lower deck, we opted to purchase another spiral staircase for the outside. The quality is unmatched. It looks fantastic! We could not be happier.
