She is incredibly intuitive at her craft and knows how to blend it with your soul and personality. She is genuine and empathetic and can truly sense when you are ready to make a big shift with your hairstyle or maybe gently encourage you to just have a trim. The results over the years have been amazing. She has given me pixie cuts and helped with maintenance in layers when my hair is longer. I have had so many people compliment my hair months afterwards. I came in hoping to buy the Airwrap ID in plum but saw online that it was out of stock - so I planned to settle for the red instead. At checkout, I mentioned how much I’d wanted the plum, especially since it was $100 off and eligible for my 20% coupon. One of the team members overheard and said she’d double-check the inventory. Sure enough, she found the plum version in the back.
Because the discount was specific to that color, I was able to get the discount I had hoped for. It really impressed me that they knew their inventory so well and took the initiative to help me get exactly what I wanted.
