I came in hoping to buy the Airwrap ID in plum but saw online that it was out of stock - so I planned to settle for the red instead. At checkout, I mentioned how much I’d wanted the plum, especially since it was $100 off and eligible for my 20% coupon. One of the team members overheard and said she’d double-check the inventory. Sure enough, she found the plum version in the back.
Because the discount was specific to that color, I was able to get the discount I had hoped for. It really impressed me that they knew their inventory so well and took the initiative to help me get exactly what I wanted.
