I have a mixed review. Years ago I had them come out and replace all the carpet in my home. They did do a nice job. That would be the good review. The carpet I put in my family room was very expensive and guaranteed against any staining. It developed a dark area on it. I called to speak with Jeff, left a message but never got a return call. Now I let it go but since I was going to replace my backsplash in my kitchenI decided to see if they could do it. Jeff came out and while he was here I asked him to look at the spot on my carpet. Creative Flooring did a great job on our vinyl, carpet and shoe molding installs. We really appreciate the timeliness and the promptness of the install as we prepped a home to go on the market.
