We had a really positive experience at Lomax! Steve Colaianni helped us, and I would 100% recommend working with him. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options, conscious of our budget and product prices, and very friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Our DIY flooring went smoothly and we are super happy with the upgrade to our home.

We needed an area rug for the living room and before buying a mystery rug online, we tried the new Lomax in Thorndale. The place was awesome and had a HUGE selection. The employees were all nice and Steve Keech was amazing! Helped us talk through our faves without any pushing at all and carried it to the car for us. The prices were comparable to online so if you want to see it before you buy it, head on over! We'll be back for all our flooring needs in the future!

This was my first time purchasing carpet from this store and I could not have been more pleased! Steve Keech was wonderful to work with. He was dedicated and persistent with getting the job done in the very quick timeframe that I needed. I picked out the carpet one night, Steve came out the next day to measure and the carpet was installed the next week! The crew that came was kind and courteous. It looks beautiful! They get the job done right! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
