Bouquet and Mulligan are 5 stars plus. they've gone overboard and giving me outstanding and exceptional professionalism for over the past 40 years, that I have been a client of theirs. I knew Dr. Bouquet & Mr. James Mulligan and staff, ever since they existed in Lebanon County. I was born with an eye defect with only vision in one eye. No other eye clinic or optical department knew how to fit glasses properly, had poor selection of frames, and the staff didn't even know how to fit frames, and, most important, making the optics for my needs. Drs.& employees are second to none. Mr. Mulligan always runs a tight ship, and has never let me down, with his professionalism and expertise, and puts his pride into every patient he sees, along with his staff. They are always spot on. giving you a professional opinions, suggestions, and bar none service. They are there for you.. End of story!“

“5 month review. overall, a good experience, one downside. However, was I selected glasses that have flexible nose pieces and I don’t believe I was properly measured. It took three visits to get it just right. Had trouble finding that sweet spot and I wear bifocals. Nikon lenses are worth the money, they are clear easy to clean. I recommend finding glasses or frames that do not have a logo embedded in the end of the earpiece that can cause some irritation. Overall, a competitive price with other prescription dealers.“

“The new patient Pre-Checkin on line is an excellent addition to patient service. It is easy to follow and complete and reduced the time spent documenting insurance questions and confirming name, address, and telephone numbers.

All Staff were couteous, professional and dedicated to patient care. They willingly spent the necessary time to explain findings and answer patient questions.
