I had a water softener, UV light, and silt remover system installed last year. I had to call twice since then to get questions answered and get bulbs and filters replaced. All my interaction with Martin’s from the initial water test, installation, price and follow up has been superb. My bro-in-law works for a competitor and even with his discount couldnt come close to the overall price. I rarely leave ratings and comments for anything, but I have to on this occasion. I highly recommend ??

I really like the business and the staff that work there. For that I give 4 stars.Today was a huge disappointment. The staff member that was assigned to me was very rude, unprofessional and was very condescending to a senior Dr. in front of me.He handed me my new pair of glasses without even having me try them on for adjustment and then just walked away.Not a good addiction to the great staff.For that I give 1/2 a star.

We just got our golden doodle back from your groomer Melissa and are beyond disappointed with the outcome. Our puppy's nose was shaven down to the skin and his hair was way shorter than we had asked (we provided multiple pictures). Instead of an apology or an acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction, we are being told that "sometimes you get what you get" and "I'm not god, I can't read your mind" despite being shown pictures. We will never use your service again and will not recommend your service to anyone.
