Had a great customer experience. After a bad experience at a competitor, we arrived to be immediately greeted by Isaiah who promptly assisted us. He was pleasant , knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely return as customers.

Was traveling from NJ to Pittsburgh, along the route my glasses broke - arm snapped clean off. Unfortunately, could not see to fix them myself.....can not see the computer without them, and readers are no good. Found this store, and Sandy! She was amazing! Tried to refit my lenses into another set of frames (didn't work - oddly shaped). So she put her ingenuity skills to work, and came up with: "Frankenstein" - to get me thru the next 3 days until I could get back home to my spare pair.Total lifesaver Sandy - can't thank you enuff.... but what did I expect from another fellow "Jersey-ian"!

My favorite worker there is Shawn! Very professional and pleasant to speak to. She hooked me up with the most FLY (YES I said FLY. I ❤️ my 90s slang! Get over it) ?️‍? Eyeglasses that makes me feel so good! I hope she gets a raise. ?
