The tailor there was very helpful and understanding of my fat arse and gave very good advice to help minimize the tailoring needed. He said don't worry too much about the jacket button just squeeze it on and shake everyone's hands then unbutton, you'll be fine.

“First time using this dry cleaner and the experience was fantastic! My coat came out absolutely stunning and better than I imagined.

My old dry cleaners had moved so I had go to a different cleaners but my experience at the last dry cleaners I used was not good. Thus, I had to begin the search for another new dry cleaner .

All the cleaners in my area had bad reviews and I had no idea where to go.

I tried searching dry cleaners near willow grove Walmart and saw this one and it had amazing reviews so I figured I’d give them a try !

I was not disappointed! I even got lucky because I went on a Wednesday and when I pulled in the parking lot there was a sign that said 20% discount on Wednesdays.

Even without the discount the price was good !

And a plus is that they text you when you’re stuff is ready for pickup which is a really nice Bonus !

Overall, I am very pleased with the result and quality care taken .

I saw so many horror story reviews during my search for a new dry cleaners so some places really just do not care.

it is nice to see the staff at this dry cleaners takes very good care of peoples items and the dedication and care shows through the quality work received.

My coat looks as good as when I got it and it was in rough shape when I brought it in Because the fabric is a magnet for lint and pet hair and it is insanely difficult to remove even with a lint roller or lint brush .

That said, I would highly recommend this dry cleaners!

“Good evening Family. This is my very first time visiting this dry cleaners. I visited because my dear cousin needs to know my measurements since she is making me some new clothing. Ted was the wonderful young man who assisted me and he told me no charge. I needed waist, inseam, and outseam measurements. Ted graciously obliged. It didn't take long and I was so happy. I did my fitness dance for Ted and he was delighted and said thank you and smiled. Another customer was there and he smiled as well. I enjoy it when folks smile or laugh. I have sent many articles of clothing to be dry cleaned at Joy's and I've always been happy with their work, from delicate satin Indian outfits to multilayered heavy dresses and outerwear, the clothes always come out better than they arrive. Recently, I just had my wedding. They steamed my poofy ballgown wedding dress with so many layers to prepare for the wedding and it came out looking perfect at the wedding. The day of the wedding, someone spilled espresso martini all over my dress and I had dirt stains all over the bottom. Somehow, they were able to get all the stains out and the dress looks totally new. The customer service is also amazing and they are always so fun to talk to. They walked me out to my car down the block and carried the wedding dress for me because it was so big and heavy. I would definitely come back with any of my clothes and trust them with everything!“
