The service provided by McCleary was excellent. The rep was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He checked the heating system completely and adjusted the house humidifier to ensure the proper comfort level was maintained.
About three weeks ago McCleary installed a new Mitsubishi hyper heat HVAC system, and I AM THRILLED! The entire process was a very positive experience. McCleary was the seventh company I contacted to send a sales rep to my house. I am so glad I kept going until I found the right one. Their website and scheduling process is very professional. They sent an email and text to confirm the sales consultation and installation appointments. Matt was not the typical sales rep. He had many years of experience working hands-on with HVAC systems, and he obviously has a lot of knowledge about HVAC.
